Regularly scheduled meetings with Metro’s owners and key personnel are conducted to discuss ongoing projects, and customer service work to ensure prompt and effective results. Our staff of engineers, project managers, and installers regularly attends training on new products and features. Monthly training workshops are offered at no charge to our customers as part of our warranty and support. We encourage our customers to be comfortable and self-sufficient with their investment.

Our mission is to provide quality design, installation and service for building automation systems in all markets. We have a set of simple but powerful objectives to accomplish our goals: Maintain the highest possible level of design and engineering.
Metro Controls is unique from most other companies that “claim” to be in the Building Automation business. Our staff comprises people who collectively have over 150 years of experience in the controls industry. In addition to our In-House Design and Engineering capabilities, we install 100% of the systems we provide.
